I helped take Orcs Must Die! The Boardgame from it’s Kickstarter concept to a complete line of 6 professionally manufactured board game retail products and their POD counterparts – an enormous project encompassing hundreds of individual components.

Working with the team at Petersen Games & their contract illustrators, I built out and created design documents from simple wireframes to fully developed, market-ready game assets using inDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator for each of the 12 SKUs in the project.

In addition to the graphic design work, I illustrated several assets such as the layouts for the Minion Sheets and the Rift Displays, the Boss character portraits, & many additional UI elements. I also performed touch ups ranging from minor corrections to complete repaints depending on the client’s requests & needs.

During the process I also acted as art consultant, unifying the work of multiple artists into a range of quality end products ready to print and send to retailers.
